Depending on the foregoing regulations the employees and employers have the right to establish or merge with an organization (s) that they choose without asking for prior permission. The unions are included in the organizations of employees.
Unions are associations that protect the interests of member employees. The membership is realized by paying a social quota. There are also unions of employers.
In bigger enterprises there are unique union representations, which are selected by the employees and whose duty is to inform the employers about the problems of employees.
The unions should be registered and submit to the Department or to ensuing institution a copy of their statute and a list with names, last names, dates of birth and addresses of persons responsible for union’s management and administration.
The organizations of employees and employers have the right to establish or to join the federation(s) and confederation(s). Organizations, federations and confederations have the right to merge with international organizations of employees and employers.
